As Vice President, Global Brand at RGA, I lead the strategy that defines how one of the world’s leading life and health reinsurers shows up—visually, verbally, and experientially. My role is to ensure that brand drives business, enabling both enterprise and regional teams to activate our identity in ways that resonate with clients, partners, employees, and investors. Over the past several years, I’ve led a comprehensive brand evolution—from launching RGA’s Master Brand Strategy and BrandIn platform to delivering a global brand refresh that brought coherence, clarity, and renewed ambition to our story. I champion brand as a strategic enabler—not just a communications function—by embedding governance, aligning with enterprise priorities, and delivering measurable impact. I’m passionate about empowering creative teams, scaling brand tools through technology (including AI), and building cultures where brand is understood, owned, and activated at every level.
