I am hands-on leader. The deep expertise I have developed across the supply chain enables me to deliver fast results. The value I place on building a clear vision and developing people & teams ensures these results are sustained and unlock real value for my business.I am passionate about IBP, Planning, Customer Service & International Trade. I have experience leading large teams (80+) and get great pleasure out of delivering results through my team and seeing the supply chain driving sustained growth and profit for my business.I am sought after for my ability to deliver change:• I have made substantial improvements to business IBP processes resulting in significant improvements in business control and a 30% reduction in man-hours spent.• I have developed and led a program to step change capabilities in international sourcing. The program I started in South East Asia and was rapidly expanded to Asia as the benefits were proven. My final task in this role was to prepare a proposal to expand globally.To build a high performing supply chain, I always start with getting the basics right. It means ensuring strong job fundamentals in S & OP and great engagement with internal functions and customers. Once this is in place there are some exciting technologies and capabilities that are taking efficiency and responsiveness to the next level in our industry. I am experienced in leading the implementation of these and have been regularly looked upon to do so throughout my career.My perspective comes from 20 years’ experience in the FMCG industry working at an operational and strategic level across a broad range of home care, personal care, foods and beverage products in ANZ and Asia.
