First and foremost I am a consultant, I aim to add value for everyone I work with.For my candidates, its advising on getting the most from your CV, preparing for product interviews and defining career paths within the product space.For my clients, it's all about brand awareness, advising on the content and tone of product job specs, defining the responsibilities and need for new hires and running the most effective interview process to secure the best talent.I have joined UMATR Group to head up the Product & Design division and bring a best in class approach to Product Management and Product Design recruitment.Before this I have been building product teams for some of the most well known tech brands and hottest start-ups in London, alongside getting involved in the product community from meet-ups to hosting awesome Hackathon's for charity.Previous to recruitment, I built a name in promotions and marketing, launching multiple venues and eventually my own brand.
