Professional Journey: Joule UK (October – Present): As an IT Manager, I oversee infrastructure across two sites within the Joule Group. My team and I manage Microsoft Dynamics NAV, implement Intune for device management, and negotiate third-party contracts. Recently, we upgraded our IT infrastructure with lightning-fast leased lines and modern networking gear. Oh, and I successfully championed the adoption of the ACT In Time Connected HR System—talk about streamlining processes! ADE Power LTD (February 2022 – October 2023): At ADE Power, I managed IT and infrastructure across three global sites, supporting 200 users. Our disaster recovery setup? Top-notch, thanks to Hyper-V and Acronis backups. I also thwarted a cyber attack—cue the superhero theme music! Fairfax Plant Hire Limited (August 2016 – January 2022): Here, I led IT efforts for five depots, ensuring seamless remote work setups and robust security. My proudest moment? Upgrading our accounts package from Sage 50 to Sage 200, improving efficiency and accuracy. Future Goals: I’m passionate about leveraging technology to enhance business processes.
