As a seasoned Quality Manager with over 14 years of experience, I specialize in quality management strategies and continuous improvement. My career journey has taken me from a front line associate to my current role as Quality Manager at Step Up Support, where I work closely with Management and Board of Directors to improve and maintain excellent care quality standards.I hold Level 3 in Quality Management with the Chartered Quality Institute and Audit / Lead Auditor in ISO9001:2015 with IRCA. My expertise spans across various industries, including warehousing, retail, and social care sector. I produce, analyse and monitor performance and quality indicators to ensure the Service complies with statutory guidance and the Company’s aims and objectives. This includes reporting on service analysis and audits and making recommendations to the Management Team and Board of Directors based on short and long term trends and implement programmes of work to improve service delivery as required.In addition to my professional achievements, I am an advocate for continuous learning and development in both people and processes.
