Comfortable operating across cultures. Lived and worked in Asia for over 20 years. Specialised in international asset management but effective in multiple sectors. Can take a fresh view of a business, looking at all operational levels and using a unique skillset for operational change, leveraging people, technology, and process to drive efficiencies. Whether a business needs support with governance, risk and compliance, team building or stake holder management, well placed to craft and oversee the implementation of strategy, structure, and process. Since taking a break from full-time financial services industry roles, immersed in the running of schools taking on NED leaderships roles in two academies, most notably as Chair of the Finance committee for Coastal Academies Trust, an academy operating in a particularly challenging area of the country.
