863-712-1721 or glenn.clover1@gmail.com Simply put, I’m the guy who makes things happen and gets things done. • Civil Engineering: I’m a Registered Civil Engineer in California and Washington with over 30 years experience in commercial, industrial, residential, and government projects in Florida, California, and Washington. I’ve designed and managed projects ranging from parks to residential and commercial subdivisions to petroleum refineries to a naval hospital site and nuclear facilities construction, including field supervision and QA/QC during construction. • Finding Money: I’m the guy who helps you find money where you didn't know you could look. One town already had a stormwater fee ordinance, but had never updated their assessment roll. I found that problem, solved it for them, and increased their cash flow by every year forever! • Grants: If a city or company doesn't have enough money to do what it needs to do, I’m the guy who finds grants and applies to get the money they need. • Private Clients: I help private companies as well. A recent client was in the midst of a facilities upgrade of his place of business. I wrote a USDA grant application that got him to use on the energy-saving parts of the project. Without that grant, he would have had to come up with the money himself. • Land Planning: I work through the complexities of governmental zoning and land use regulations so you don’t have to. And I love doing this stuff – putting all the pieces together and figuring out how to help my clients accomplish their goals really gets my juices flowing, and I’m good at it! • Integrative Consulting: If I can’t do a specific task myself, I can get someone who can - I know enough to recognize when I don’t know something, and I find and bring together the talents and resources needed to make your project successful.
