About Glenn Cohen

WHAT I DO- Transforming corporate teams using the ELITE method for peak performance which I developed as a result of 30 years of service in the Israeli Mossad and elite IDF units. HOW WE DO IT- As a certified clinical Psychologist, Outdoor Facilitator and Ultra-Ironman athlete, I bring a unique combination of skills to the playing field. Since 2016, my super talented life partner, Orit Avivi-Cohen and I have been leading transformational training processes with corporate teams. We help them crack the code of peak performance with the 5 keys of the E.L.I.T.E. method. We discover the "E Factor", harnessing the emotional world as a potent tool to achieve high level execution. We experience each one of the five keys: Emotion, Learning, Integrity, Toughness and Execution, via a tailor made process including coaching, goal setting, and experiential workshops incorporating transformational training techniques. WHY I DO IT- I have found my new mission - to touch move and inspire others, enabling them to realize they are capable of much more than they imagine. Despite the immense amount of excitement and adrenaline I've experienced throughout decades of national security service, nothing excites me more than feeling those goosebumps when an individual or a group breaks through a barrier and realizes that the sky is not the limit.
