About Glenn Cooper

Glenn M. Cooper's practice focuses on assisting foreign companies and investors with the legal aspects of establishing and maintaining business and investment in the U.S, particularly in the state of Florida. His practice also includes corporate, business and contract law whereby he oftentimes becomes general counsel to his international business clients. Glenn assists international clients regarding U.S. immigration laws and he helps clients secure business and investor visas such as the L-1, E-1, E-2, H-1B and O-1 visas as well as U.S. permanent residence including EB-5 immigrant investors and regional centers and EB-1 extraordinary ability individuals and multinational executives/managers. Glenn also provides government relations and advocacy services to his clients. Fluent in French, Glenn has lectured to business audiences in France regarding legal issues associated with setting up a U.S. company, investment or joint ventures and immigration considerations at seminars organized by the French government and French Business Chambers. Glenn has been interviewed on French national television. Glenn has also lectured on business and immigration topics at several conferences in Canada. He also speaks Spanish and works with clients from Latin America and Spain. Glenn has chaired the Florida Chamber of Commerce - Florida Brazil Partnership to foster business between Brazil and Florida. Glenn has served as Government Affairs Chair and Executive Committee Board Member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Glenn is a board member and was the founding Florida President of the Canada Florida Chamber of Commerce’s Florida Chapter. Glenn has served as co-chair of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance International Action Team and as Chair of the International Advisory Committee and Executive Committee Board Member of the Beacon Council, the official economic development agencies of Broward County and Miami-Dade County. Glenn has also been Vice-President and Board Member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida.
