About Glenn Crowley

I have over 25 years of staffing experience as an on-site account Staffing Consultant, a Senior Technical/Professional Recruiter for an EPC firm and an owner/operator of a successful technical staffing firm. My staffing experience includes placement in both onshore, offshore, nationally, and internationally. My strengths lie in my knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations, and closing. After obtaining my Associates Degree, I started my career with Scott Paper Company as a Piping Designer. I subsequently worked for KBR, Chevron, & International Paper Company before forming Ideal Technical Services. The foundation I chose to build my company on was that of service and I am most proud of the reputation that Ideal Technical Services was able to achieve. I endeavor to employ the same principals to any responsibilities given to me. While I was President of Ideal, I had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for the National Technical Services Association (NTSA). After the sale of Ideal Technical Services, I decided to change career paths. I owned and operated several Health Clubs in the Southeastern states. I also attended business classes at the University of South Alabama and served as the Director of A&R for Global Music Group, which is an Independent Record Label. These experiences provided me with a broader view of business operations and relationships. I returned to the staffing industry in 2008. In 2012, I was presented with the opportunity of working in Perth, Australia. Without question, this added depth to both my professional and personal life experience. I started with Kelly Services in 2012 and currently work on-site at Dow Chemical's office in the Energy Corridor of Houston. Kelly recognized my efforts in 2013 and named me a Kelly Engineering Brand Award winner. I also received this award in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
