About Glenn Dalida

Most companies are sitting on a goldmine of data but are still using shovels instead of excavators. I build the excavators.I am an AI/ML & Data Engineer at IBM, where I specialize in architecting scalable data systems and deploying production-ready AI. My work lives at the intersection of high-performance engineering (Rust/Python) and practical machine learning—moving beyond "it runs in a notebook" to "it runs at scale."What I Build:Enterprise Data Systems: At IBM, I engineer robust ETL/ELT pipelines and ML infrastructure that handle complex, high-volume data.High-Performance Tools: I created Koala Diff, an open-source tool built in Rust that outperforms Pandas/Spark for local gigabyte-scale data comparison (10M+ rows in seconds).AI Solutions: Through KoalaDataLab, I explore cutting-edge AI agent deployment and tech stack optimization, keeping my skills sharp on the latest industry trends.I believe in elite engineering without the fluff. Whether it's optimizing a massive SQL query, writing memory-safe Rust code, or deploying an LLM agent, I focus on shipping clean, maintainable, and fast software. Tech Stack: Python, Rust, SQL, MLOps, Data Architecture My Projects: koaladatalab.com, koala-diff, koala-flow
