About Glenn Gale

Glenn has over 30+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry. His career began in the biomedical equipment service, progressing to territory sales and management, project management for large scale complex projects, senior healthcare leader in the public sector, a senior leader with a large multi-national corporation, and most recently as executive leader of a patient and care provider engagement platform. Glenn recently joined Healthhub Engagement Solutions as President and CEO in June of 2022. He was chosen for this role based on his extensive experience in the healthcare industry to guide the company in the post pandemic environment. Glenn is charged with transforming the company to position Healthhub as an enabler to patients and care providers. Glenn was a senior leader with the former IBM Watson Health, now Merative, in Canada. This role led the Canadian market strategy, implementing, and managing the Government Health and Human Services portfolios. He managed high performance teams in go-to-market and consulting services. He is responsible for attaining overall in-country targets, quota attainments, and performance management. Glenn’s second IBM role was as a Business Development Executive and Strategy Consultant where he led a national healthcare growth strategy with IBM, a global information technology company. Glenn has led the growth strategy in the areas of Clinical Information Systems, Cloud Computing, EMR Adoption, and Medical Imaging. Glenn joined IBM as a Senior Business Consultant in the Healthcare Practice of IBM Global Business Services. He has extensive experience in the e-health care industry sector specializing in Diagnostic Services and Clinical Service Delivery. In the Public Sector, Glenn was a key contributor in defining and implementing a provincial and interprovincial collaboration network(s) in Atlantic Canada. He chaired the provincial Diagnostic Steering Committee, participated in National Thought Leadership in Teaching Hospitals, and was the provincial representative for New Brunswick in Canada Health Infoway workshops.
