Currently, I manage the compilation and review of Regulatory returns (including MMIF, AIFMD, Monthly Nav returns, PRIIP/UCIT, Fund Profiles, Financial Statements, VAT and Foreign Tax reporting) at Universal-Investment Ireland, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to strict reporting deadlines. I develop and maintain proper controls, documentation, and change management approaches to support reporting accuracy and compliance. Collaborating closely with the broader Operation, Risk, and Compliance teams, I ensure financial reporting and decision support align with regulatory submissions. With a proven track record of delivering to tight deadlines, I stay current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements and assess their impact to guarantee accurate reporting. Constantly striving for improvement, I challenge reporting solutions and data sources, driving process enhancements. As part of my commitment to continuous improvement, I am involved in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) collaboration and Marginal Gain project initiatives, leveraging technology and innovative strategies to optimise processes. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in business analysis and lean operations in financial services. My educational background includes a Dean's Honour in Business Analysis from the National College of Ireland, a Distinction in the Principles of Lean Operations from the Institute of Banking Ireland, a Certificate in Mutual Fund Services, and an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the University of Limerick.
