I assist sellers and buyers in the communities of Brentwood, Antioch, Oakley, Discovery Bay and surrounding areas in buying or selling homes. I pride myself in getting to know each of my clients, understanding their dreams & goals and then doing my best to help each of them achieve them. I’ve been a licensed Realtor for 30+ years and have worked full time in my current market for 19+ years. I’m pleased to have handled 525+ real estate transactions with a total value in excess of I am also an active real estate investor, owning many rental properties and having ‘flipped’ several homes. I believe owning real estate, when done properly, is a great way to build your net worth & create monthly cash flow. I enjoy working with investors to identify, buy, rehab, lease and sell properties.
