As Director of Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs, I’m passionate about harnessing data and insights to shape impactful business strategies and drive transformative customer experiences. I’m thrilled to soon join Bentley Systems to lead its global VoC initiative, where I'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer perspectives are not only heard but drive actionable change across the organisation. At Bentley, I’ll be focused on building an even stronger culture of customer advocacy. My goals are to empower the VoC team with the latest tools and insights, foster collaboration across departments, and drive data-backed recommendations that align with business goals. With experience in VoC platforms like Medallia and Qualtrics, as well as a commitment to leveraging AI and emerging technologies, I’m excited to explore new ways to continuously enhance the VoC program and deliver value for both our customers and the organisation.
