Dr. Glenn King, Jr, currently serves as Director of Community Relations for Wallace Community College Selma. Prior to this role, Dr. King served as Director of Workforce Development for Wallace Community College Selma. Moreover, Dr. King served as Dean of the Division of Business and Computer Information Systems at Concordia College Alabama. Dr. King has served as a Visiting Professor and an Adjunct Instructor for several colleges and universities. Prior to entering into higher education, Dr. King enjoyed an eight (8) year career with Regions Financial Corporation. Additionally, Dr. King spent seven (7 ) years working as a part-time sales associate at Butler Truax Jewelers. Dr. King understands and values the importance of entrepreneurship, as this was apart of his family upbringing. Dr. King is the owner of King's Consulting. As owner of King's Consulting Company, Dr. King strives to bring quality educational services to various organizations through professional development workshops for employees and students. Dr. King understands the importance of research and scholarship. Dr. King participates and engages in scholarly research within the areas of management, human resources management, organizational leadership, higher education, workforce and economic development, community development, finance, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
