Background

About Glenn Lampard

I bring three decades of property research and advisory experience, supported by an extensive industry network. Most recently, I was the strategy and business development lead at Peach, a small construction business delivering smart, future-ready solutions across the commercial, community, health and education sectors. My career spans leadership advisory positions at Urbis and Charter Keck Cramer, and senior research roles with global agencies including CBRE, Knight Frank, Savills and Cushman & Wakefield. I am a sought-after speaker and facilitator across industry forums and events. I regularly contribute to the Property Council of Australia, currently sitting on the Victorian Divisional Council, and lecturing at Melbourne’s leading universities, sharing my expertise on market trends, urban development, and strategic growth. I am passionate about inclusion, diversity, and mentoring emerging talent, values I bring not only to my professional life, but also to my volunteer work in organised community youth sport, where I was recognised as AFL Victoria’s Auskick Coach of the Year (something I hardly ever mention.).
