Finance Leader (i.e. CFO|VP Finance|Finance Director|Finance Manager|Controller) with extensive experience with manufacturing businesses and Nonprofit. In those roles I was a proactive player on Leadership Teams making decisions during periods of growth and austerity. In addition my focus was on developing high performance yet cost effective Finance Teams with a track record of improving profitability, working capital/cash flow, and cross-functional processes. My management responsibilities included all traditional Accounting functions (see below) and over time expanded to include Contracts Management, Info Technology (I.T.), Compliance, and a newly created Shared Services Center for sales orders processing. Also have a lot of experience with International operations, Acquisitions integration, as well as MS Office software and ERP integrated systems (e.g. MS Dynamics-Axapta, SAP, SAGE)I have my MBA in General Management to go along with my B.S. Degree in Accounting from Penn State.
