I have been representing injured workers in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters since graduating from Temple University School of Law in 1992. My firm, Brilliant & Neiman LLC, limits is practice to only handling PA workers’ comp cases. I have lectured at various times for several organizations, such as the National Business Institute and the Bucks County Bar Association, and I have been on the faculty of LawLine.com, a prestigious legal education provider. The blog which I author has been selected by LexisNexis as one of the Top 25 Blogs for Workers' Compensation and Workplace Issues, six times. In the past, I have served as co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Bucks County Bar Association, and President of the homeowners’ association of a 400-residence development.
