In partnering with the Pharmacy Operations Business leaders, my expertise in strategic and operational collaboration was effective in aligning internal partners to map out capacity planning deliverables to enable the recruiters to meet/exceed the organization’s overall hiring requirements. In addition to managing (13-20) recruiting professionals and all enterprise immigration matters; I led critical integration projects including New Hire On-Boarding and the I9 System Migration.
