I am service-oriented Senior Leader with over 30 years' experience managing operations in Tier 1 Clubs across the GTA, including Glen Abbey. I have a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service to customers and key stakeholders, and to that end, I invest a lot of time and energy into building relationships with members, staff, vendors and industry colleagues. My "Lead by Example, Hands-On" leadership philosophy, has subsequently led to a track record of increasing member and staff engagement and satisfaction across Golf Operations, Catering, Sales and Restaurant and Event Management. I encourage co-participation and representation by members and employees in the creation of a strategic vision to ensure strategic mandates are driven by member needs. My strong business acumen has resulted in sound and responsible fiscal decisions which ensured profitability and growth. My passion for this field also manifests in my desire to teach and mentor new talent as a Professor at Humber Colleague.
