About Glenn Schmick

As a Colonel at US Army, I have over 30 years of experience in leading, managing, and advising large and diverse military formations and organizations around the world. I have a master's degree in military strategic studies and another one in military operational art and science. I have commanded thousands of Soldiers across seven countries, conducting various missions such as security, humanitarian, and peacekeeping operations. I have also served as a personal advisor to the Afghan Deputy Minister for security and as an executive officer in the Secretary of the Army's wing. Currently, I teach a master's level program for senior military officers from over 47 countries on how to think strategically and lead large organizations in a complex world. My mission is to share my knowledge, experience, and vision with the next generation of military leaders and partners. I am passionate about fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the defense sector.
