I have been in the Natural Gas Business since 1984. I started work for an underground contractor and then started at Southwest Gas in 1985. I worked in the field as a customer service technician from an entry level to lead technician servicing all appliances and restoring gas service to commercial and residential customers. I went to staff my duties were training, writing and updating manuals & training, product evaluations, and field evaluations. Went back to operations management as a Dispatch supervisor, contractor supervisor, and Service Technician supervisor. Then back to Staff again as a superintendent supervising trainers and managing the building of the second Emergency Response Training Facility in Las Vegas (EMRF). I am currently working and assisting in developing a new department in Engineering Staff. I was a member of an AGA committee for over 2 years, and have experience in budget, public speaking, working with state and federal regulators.
