With over a decade of front-line experience in emergency services, my mission is to enhance community safety and preparedness through effective incident management and response. Currently serving as EMS Supervisor at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, I am driven by a profound commitment to public service. My expertise in the U.S. National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command, combined with my problem-solving abilities, aligns seamlessly with our organization's culture of readiness and resilience. My recent role as an Emergency Support Specialist at Somerset County Office of Emergency Management was marked by significant contributions to emergency planning and resource management. We collaborated on critical initiatives, such as tabletop exercises and the rejuvenation of the Hazmat advisory council. This experience, coupled with my role in teaching emergency preparedness, underscores my capability to lead and innovate in high-stakes environments, ensuring our community and emergency teams are equipped and responsive in the face of any crisis.
