Change agent. Strategist. Trusted Advisor. Turnaround leader. Ok, that's the formal description of what I do. But I'm a passionate worker.so, what really gets me going? I love working with high growth, entrepreneurial organizations, who aren't satisfied with inflationary growth. I enjoy facing challenging, complex situations where looking at things from a completely different perspective helps to find solutions that others can't see. I love working with motivated and optimistic leaders who don't know what they can't achieve.so they believe they can change the world.and they do! I'm fortunate to have had the chance to work with some great organizations where I was part of the leadership team that changed the slope that organization's growth curve. We grew one company from $17M in revenues to more than $150M, in three years. I've also been involved in start ups - WHY Capital has been successful for more than 25 years. Now, I look for opportunities to help others experience the same success. I get a rush when I'm invited to share my knowledge and experience, giving speeches and working with future leaders, like when I serve as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Ivey Business School. Outside of work, I still believe the Maple Leafs might need me, so I keep playing beer league hockey. I spend way too much time trying to lower my golf handicap, and I keep running to see if I can do just a couple more marathons with my friends, before my body quits. Most of all, I value a good laugh and quality time spent with family and close friends.
