I used to be a care-driven and dedicated clinical research nurse with a proven track record of delivering acute patient care services, performing comprehensive clinical research, and ensuring excellent delivery of nursing services. I moved to companies environment to extend my knowledge in regulatory and monitoring fields. As patient-focused professional, I am well-versed in leading cross-functional teams and cultivating strong relationships with patients, staff members, and senior management to foster a healthy and ever-learning work environment. As a visionary leader, I have an innate ability to translate leadership’s vision into executable plans for teams to follow. With my extensive background and exemplified commitment to fulfilling duties in fast-paced environments, I am well prepared to extend my service record to improve my abilities to the next level. A few of my career highlights include: Drafted a publication at AIOM conference in 2021 on the significance of deploying a Research Study Coordinator in Italian Hospitals performing experimental trials. Raised awareness on the importance of a particular low-sugar/fat/protein diet in women with breast cancer by conducting a trial in the Hospital (Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, Milano, Italy). Planned and prepared Breast Cancer Team conference reports organized by Over SRL in 2019 within Hospital (Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori, Milano, Italy). Exemplary academic qualifications, with a post-graduation Course in Clinical Research from the University of Milan and BLS-D, GCP/ICH.
