About Gloria Doyle

Gloria Doyle was recently promoted to an elevated Vice President Communications role in November of 2025. Her work focuses on leading a group of Associates in content creation, internal communications, and external media relations. She joined Prudential in Aug. 2022 and led the development and execution of an integrated enterprise media relations program.Prior to joining Prudential, she was with Mars Wrigley since March 2018. There Gloria created, managed, and executed strategic internal business communications for business and its leaders. Her focus was providing two-way communications for Associates and leaders alike. She was responsible for evaluating communication channels and launching new channels in order to effectively reach Associates-office, factory, field sales across 14 locations in the U.S. and Canada.Gloria provided regular and ongoing strategic counsel and coaching to senior levels of management on strategies to deliver impactful communications across all platforms (Senior leaders: Regional Presidents and Vice Presidents of functional departments-R&D, Supply, Manufacturing, Commercial, Sales and Marketing). Gloria has a vast background in External Media Relations and Corporate Reputation within various industries, including retail, business, travel and consumer goods. Prior to Mars, Gloria served as a Group Vice President at Kaplow. Gloria led the agency's Health & Wellness practice and was responsible for defining capabilities and selling points, building the team and growing the client portfolio. She oversaw clients and projects, including The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, The Vitamin Shoppe, Reproductive Medicine of New Jersey, 23andMe and Fidelity Investments. She was responsible for conceptualizing and overseeing integrated national programs and events.Prior to joining Kaplow, she was an Account Supervisor in the Public Affairs Group at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. She focused on media relations, strategy and execution, program development and account management. Gloria began her career at cho HighWater Group, a boutique PR agency that specializes in the interactive entertainment and electronics industry. During three years at cho HighWater Group, she managed PR programs for several accounts for technology and gaming clients.
