Assist in managing key initiatives that affect the branches • Utilize report sites to compile reporting and disperse to Regional Managers/ Branch Managers • Work with Regional Managers to prepare and register employees for training sessions as needed • Follow up on incomplete training report for existing employees • Track results for various campaigns and focuses • Problem resolution when needed. Handle issues that need to be escalated from the branch, filter if possible before being transferred to Regional Managers • Manage Regional schedule • Create requisitions for job openings • Partner with Regional Managerss and branch management to support successful implementation of initiatives and projects • Approve employee time cards as proxy for the Regional Managers • Submit invoices for payment (sponsorships, membership dues, events) • Submit Regional Managers expense reports • Approve Region / branch expense reports on behalf of Regional Managers • Support Regional Managers with various requests/issues on daily basis • Act as contact when Regional Managers are out of office • Assist branch managers with issues/reports/requests and refer them to the Center of Expertise • Set Region appointments/meetings/conference calls • Assist in preparation of monthly manager meetings if needed to include securing location, inviting guests, printing materials, etc. • Manage vacation and absence schedules for the two regions • Maintain Contact lists for Regions and send out communications • Set up travel for Regional Managers • Work with recruiters to assist w/ interview scheduling and setting up lodging for new hire • Demonstrates and promotes understanding of key business risks and escalates possible risk issues to the attention of Regional and branch leadership as appropriate. Represent Regions in promoting adherence to policies within market and peer group. • Manage Learning calendar to ensure completion by Region.
