I've lead large projects, where prior attempts failed, by gaining intricate knowledge of requirements and tailoring desired results to the size and culture of the company. Having grown up in a family business, I am highly motivated to add value and contribute to success. My specialties include the ability to: quickly understand operational processes, identifying ways to improve controls and/or efficiencies; build frameworks that strengthen risk assessment business continuity processes; and, build strong internal audit functions. I continually strive to advance my communications and training skills. I pride myself in translating information technology jargon to financial relevance.
