This experience challenged me to step outside my comfort zone, enhanced my adaptability, and broadened my global perspective skills that continue to shape my professional and personal growth. Now, as a Client Success Specialist for the DACH region, I apply my hospitality background to optimize direct booking channels, enhance client performance, and drive long-term growth. Based in Barcelona, I bring an international mindset shaped by experience in diverse global environments. This role challenges me to build strong client relationships, manage key accounts, and collaborate closely with product, tech, sales, and management teams to align business objectives.
