Over 10 years automotive program management experience leading cross functional teams from program approvals, through the design phases and manufacturing/media launch. I have significant experience interfacing with the OEM's directly, supplier vice presidents, chief engineers, media, community government officials and industry associations. Demonstrated ability to thrive in tough projects and complex situations. Consistently my competitive spirit, passion, and ability to develop relationships have helped me to achieve results others believed to be challenging. Most recently I have been involved with the recently passed Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform Act, Section 1502 Conflict Minerals which is a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Leading this effort within my current company and working within the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). Additionally I have spear headed a cross industry group who collaborates and shares Best Practices from industry to industry on conflict minerals.
