About Gloria Kwok

Gloria is a Civil Engineer with over 19 years of experience in the construction field. She was previously engage by the Civil Engineering and Development Department of the Hong Kong Government, responsible for the overall contract administration and construction management of the South East Kowloon development at North Apron Area. She was responsible for the management of four major works contracts since the works commencement till the completion and handover of all works. She is experienced in the timely delivery and completion of works including site formation, roadworks, footbridge, subway, drainage and sewerage pumping station and box culverts/nullah, watermain laying and utilities works. Gloria is also experienced in project management, contract administration, cost and programme control, risk management, coordination and liaison at project interfaces, management of utilities works, public relation matters and safety and environmental management. She was in particular experienced in interface and risk management, problem solving and overall control of project delivery focusing on good and effective working relations amongst all parties involved. Gloria is a corporate member of the Institution of Civil Engineers UK (CEng) and corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers since 2010. She has also completed her accreditation as UK NEC Project Manager for NEC3 ECC in 2018.
