I have worked in Healthcare IT at Valley Health for 20 years in the role of Application Analyst, Clinical Content Analyst, Technical Analyst and most recent Epic Certified Analyst. During the past five years as the Epic lead for the MyChart patient portal system as a system builder and administrator. I have also supported the Ambulatory team as needed. I am MyChart and Ambulatory certified. Previous to that I was the Application Administrator for McKesson Physician's Portal product for Valley Health where I managed the Physician Portal application, upgrades, enhancement requests and Portal education for Valley Health physicians. Provided technical input to the Physician Advisory Group regarding changes within the scope of the application as well as actively involved with Physician assistance and education. Assisted the orders build team by providing HTML coding for web-forms to be used by clinicians within the Horizon Expert Order application. Additional previous duties were system administrator for the Dictaphone Dictation, Arrendale Transcription and 3M Coding systems. Troubleshot problems related to upgrades, application and user error when required. Provided application build, maintained servers and provided transcriptionist and software installs. Also assisted with education and resolving any technical issues when required.
