It's important to understand the Company's needs and goals in order to determine and recommend the best banking solutions. When I first meet a Business Owner, I love hearing how the Business started and how it evolved to where it stands. What challenges is it facing and what are their goals? Business Banking Solutions may include a Depository relationship especially if they don't feel like they have a relationship with their current bank. Cash Management solutions assist with improving cash flow, so this is an important part of getting to know the Business. Commercial lending can assist with working capital to support inventory purchases, staff or business growth. Is the Business growing or does it need equipment to expand the Business? What challenges are they facing? Do they need a commercial mortgage for an owner-occupied property? What are their personal needs? Do they need Insurance? The answer to these questions provides a tailored solution for their business needs. At Valley, we meet the needs of our Customers with a Team Approach that is focused on Collaboration and Teamwork. On a personal note, I enjoy building relationships and what is most rewarding about my job is when I feel that I am making a difference. A phone call or email from a customer expressing gratitude for a job well done fills my heart. I am a strong Advocate for Women and I love being part of Valley's Women in Business Program which started at Valley in 2019. It's an exceptional program whose mission is to support Women in Business and Professional Women. The program provides Women with Professional Development, empowerment and a platform where Women can support each other. We Host or Sponsor events.
