About Glory Eromosele

I’m a builder at heart- of programs, teams, founders, and communities that empower people to thrive. Over the past six years, I’ve helped over 80 startups and 400+ individuals find clarity, traction, and confidence through accelerator programs across Europe and empowerment initiatives across Africa. My programs consistently earn 4.9/5 founder satisfaction, but what I’m most proud of is the sense of collaboration, creativity, and purpose they spark. I’m happiest when helping people connect ideas, test bold solutions, and have fun doing meaningful work. What sets me apart is how I lead - with empathy, initiative, and a deep respect for people. I believe there’s nothing “soft” about soft skills; they’re the foundation of strong, lasting leadership. Outside of work, I volunteer as the Head Coordinator at the Shining Stars Foundation, where we equip young African leaders with essential soft skills to amplify their impact. At SSF, we believe that when people learn to communicate, lead, and collaborate effectively, they don’t just grow, they create ripples of positive change in every space they enter.
