During My time in pharmacy school, I was able to hone my skills in various areas, including medication dispensing, pharmaceutical calculations, medication therapy management, and patient counseling. My commitment to patient care is shown by my strong communication skills and compassionate approach. My interpersonal abilities, allows me establish rapport with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues. I have experience in conducting medication reconciliation, educating patients on medication usage and potential side effects, and promoting medication adherence and patients’ overall total well-being.
