i am a Scrum. Master who leads and empowers the team to do the best. I create meaningful connections with team members both on-site and offshore and make a safe environment for them to express their thoughts and ideas and feelings. I combine my experience in Project Management, Team leadership, Business Analysis, programmer and IT Product Development to improve the company’s business processes. I build and manage teams that own the project and work well together to create the best solution for the client’s need. I am the liaison between business and IT who can talk both languages. I have the passion to make the customer life easier. I work effectively with all levels of the organization from CEO to the people in the mail room and am known for my friendly demeanor. I have a passion for volunteer opportunities. I led the courage to succeed program at TIAA-CREF which taught “Financial Literacy” to inner city middle school children.
