With over 20 years of experience in mining, metals & port industries, I am a seasoned engineering manager with a proven track record of success. My area of expertise include plant maintenance, asset optimization, digital transformation, innovation, business excellence, automation, people management, project execution, audits, and compliance. I have handled multiple roles, including HOD (Inst.), HOD-Maintenance, HOD-Asset Optimization & Business Excellence, and Head-Digitalization. I am skilled in Asset Maintenance Strategy, Operations & Maintenance, RCA, RCM, Problem Solving, Project Management, Python, DCS and PLC systems, Training, Coaching & Mentoring, Criticality Assessment, O&M Auditing. Being a certified Data Analyst & Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I focus on achieving excellence through process optimization & continuous improvement. Beyond my technical expertise, I am also a BEE certified Energy Manager and am deeply passionate about environmental initiatives. My passion is to leave an impact on this planet through Environmental initiatives in reducing the CFP and supporting people in aligning their activities with the nation's bigger cause i.e, achieving net zero by 2070. By leveraging my experience, knowledge, and skills, I aim to support the nation's objective of becoming a USD 5 trillion-dollar economy by 2025, while also promoting sustainable practices in the industries I work in.
