Apart that experience learning new things,adaptability,decision making,leadership quality is more important for getting success in career I started my business journey when I had been in my 10th standard with my own creations and ideas like selling handicraft items,designing dresses and mehandi for my pocket money.Then I Finished MBA HR and Finance professional Course.In that point of time I decided to start my own business but I joined as a partner in my Dad’s business and I implemented new things to take my dad’s business to next level proudly saying I did it.2 years later I decided I want to start my own business with my own investment and I should be versatile.HRM is my passion why because handling people is an art not everybody can do this.sometimes God himself failed in this so that only atheist are there.So I should be successful entrepreneur with good leadership and best HR professional quality.
