About Godson Charnor

I’m an IT professional and youth development advocate with over a decade of experience leading teams, building systems, and mentoring young leaders across Ghana and beyond. As Team Lead, Systems Design Analyst, and Co-founder of EITSEC Technologies Ltd, I guide the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and execution helping clients and institutions adopt smart, secure, and sustainable digital solutions. In my role, I provide executive leadership across departments, working closely with our board and senior team to anticipate industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and align resources for impact. I also represent the company in stakeholder engagements managing investor and client relations, fostering strategic partnerships, and upholding our values in every public or business-facing interaction. I’m directly involved in our technical work: leading systems analysis, design, and deployment, managing projects, improving internal processes, and delivering results through vendor coordination and performance tracking. My aim is always to deliver technology that meets real needs scalable, inclusive, and secure. Outside my work at EITSEC, I consult independently in leadership especially around youth empowerment and transformational leadership. I’ve contributed to several national development projects, including the Daakye Youth Leadership Training Project under FOSDA, which supports young leaders across Ghana. My core strengths span IT systems design, cybersecurity, digital strategy, tech policy, datq protection, project and financial management, and social impact consulting. I’m passionate about using technology and ethical leadership to drive meaningful changes across Africa.
