Godwin Azeke is a result-driven CISCO Certified Professional and an Electrical/Electronics Engineer. With over 15 years work experience as a System Network Support Specialist, Team Lead, Customer Service Executive, Head of Recovery and Service Manager, he developed strong strategic ability from five years of planning, implementing and troubleshooting IT networks; and acquired strong customer management skills from 10 years of responding to client requests. Some of his achievements in the past fifteen years include leading a branch operation team that ensure a fraud free banking operation, Year to Year branch profitability, maintaining and sustaining minimal to zero network downtime. Godwin has shown a tenacity to work under a fast paced environment, and an ability to lead teams. I currently works as a customer success specialist in Cisco helping with driving adoption of enterprise and datacenter solutions like Cisco DNA-Center/SD-Access, Datacenter ACI. Previously he was a Team Lead, Network, Communication, and Security for Sterling Bank, Lagos State, Nigeria, where he leads the day-to-day network management that includes configuring Network Devices, monitoring WAN and internet links, ensuring service availability and reviewing changes to network configuration that result in the delivery of secured and reliable IT services. I am proficient in configuring, troubleshooting Cisco network devices like Router, Switches. Firewall. Good understanding of all routing protocols like RIP,EIGRP,OSPF,BGP, also on VPN technology like DMVPN,IPSEC,GETVPN,MPLS,Site-to-Site, etc. He equally has additional IT technical skills in the implementation of network security devices like NGFW (Firepower Threat Defense), NGIPS (Next Gen Intrusion Prevention System), WSA (Web security Appliance), ISE (Identity Service Engine), ESA (Email Security Appliance), and ASA (Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance). Proficient in ACI, SDWAN provisioning, management, monitoring and troubleshooting.
