In my current role, I oversee the compliance of the company's products with the national and international standards and regulations, such as ISO 13485:2016, ICMED 13485, and EUMDR. I also manage the risk assessment, technical documentation, and internal auditing processes for the company's portfolio of medical devices, ensuring industry-leading quality and safety. Prior to this, I served as the Deputy Manager of Operations for the same company, where I leveraged my electrical engineering background and project management skills to optimize the production, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the electrical systems and equipment. I also implemented lean six sigma methodologies to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the operations.
