About Gokce Gulkan

With a passion for understanding and improving the human and social aspects of organizations, I am a PhD candidate in Clinical Sociology and Psychosociology at Université de Paris, where I conduct research on the work and management of startups. I have published a book chapter on the myths and realities of working in a startup, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to the IT industry. As a Senior EMEA Talent Search Advisor at Dell Technologies, I help build a brighter digital tomorrow by hiring top talent for various technical and leadership roles across the region. I have a strong background in IT recruitment, executive search, market research, and sales recruitment, with a focus on UDS, storage, cloud, data, AI and software. I have successfully sourced, selected, and placed candidates for multiple projects and clients in different countries, using psychosociological interview methods and diversity recruitment strategies.
