Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are developed to standards and release schedules are met.• Coordinate the release schedule and resources required depending upon the third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.• Scheduling the calls with developers to understand walkthrough of Runbook/Implementation Plan.• Updating the ticket status to the customer on daily call review• Conduct release readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews.• Participate in CRB (Change Release Board) meetings to discuss release scopes and/or roadblocks.• Maintain a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.• Continually work towards making improvements in the release process Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.• Manage and execute emergency release activities with relevant teams, via the emergency release process.• End to End ownership of Release Management.
