About Golden Sinha

Was nominated as Director in RSHPL on 29.09.2018.Subsequently was also nominated as Director in other Group companies.Prior to this assignment, served as General Manager (PR & IR) in International Seaports (Haldia) Pvt. Ltd.(Associate Company). My contribution was mainly towards initiating, developing & streamlining various company policies which provided a base for effective man-management and enforcing Administrative discipline in the organisation. Joined RSHPL in 2017 as General Manager (Projects) and based on my vast experience of over two decades in Projects, was able to lead our Project team to establish various Port Projects which included installation & commissioning Mobile Harbour Cranes under Licence Agreement with Kolkata Port Trust, Haldia Floating Terminal outside lock gate for Barge handling and handled various other contracts under Kolkata Port Trust. Played a major role as corporate representative in bagging the BOT contract of New Coal Terminal at Paradip under licence agreement with Paradip Port Trust. I was responsible for planning, management & coordination with all share-holders of this project and spearheading Project commissioning along with introducing & implementing various Administrative system in this unit. I have been able to acquire analytical & problem solving abilities with strong networking skills through over three decades of experience in Project Management & have executed Project with combined value of over Cr. Represent RSHPL and other five associate company as Director at several highlevel trade meets organised by various Ministries of GOI & State Government. I am a Mechanical Engineer from BIT, Mesra (1986-90) batch and have Administrative and Project Experience of over 30 years.
