Since I had worked from the inception of the Motichand Lengade Bharatesh Polytechnic, Belgaum (1984), every developmental work has been carried systematically under well-organized team & brought a good reputation to the college. Today, it is the first private institute in Karnataka to get National Board Accreditation. Day to day happenings and decisions were carried under my guidance and control. • Apart from the college works, participated and contributed in many developmental works of other institutions run by the same management (Bharatesh Education Trust) at Belgaum. • Similarly, I have been working from the establishment of Bahubali College of Engineering, Shravanabelagola (1998) most of the developmental works have been carried out systematically within a very short span. The college bagged Best Jain Institute in Karnataka during my period as the principal of the college. • Discharged the additional duties of Warden of the Hostels for both Boys and Girls for 2 and ½ years (total strength of 230 boarders). • Discharged the examination duties such as Deputy Chief Superintendent / Chief Superintendent / Paper Setter / Moderator / Evaluator of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU)/ Mysore University (MU) UG Exams. • Examiner for PG Project Work at VTU • Guided more than 25 projects works for UG students and 6 PG projects. • Chief Editor of the college bulletin “DARPANA”. • Co-ordinator for conducting State Level Kabaddi and Kho-Kho Tournaments during 2002 and 2004 respectively. • Organized many Technical Lectures inviting scholars and eminent personalities. • Conducted many Personality Development Programmes (PDPs) for the Students. • Conducted more than ten pedagogy workshops for staff and students in the college Specialties: Organizing Activities, Analyzing Situations, Record keeping, Quality related issues, Pedogogy, Administration
