With over 13 years of experience in operations, recruitment, training, and consulting, I am passionate about empowering individuals and business leaders to grow in all aspects of their life. As a consultant at Success Gyan India LLP, I work with team to strategise, provide trainers and coaching in facilitating life transformational training and help a diverse range of professionals by guiding them with the right training and coaching and strategies to achieve their goals and overcome their challenges. My core competencies include coaching, training, consulting, operations, and recruitment. I have successfully delivered end-to-end training programs for customers of different domains, trained over rural women in soft skills, and created an online e-learning module for corporates on the topic of “Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace”. I have also achieved a good hit ratio and turnaround time for onboarding, and handled multiple clients with exceeding expectations.
