An uncompromising, objective and fair-minded journalist who worked his way up the beat ladder starting as a cub reporter to being the top senior political reporter of the Philippine Star covering the President of the Republic of the Philippines. He was one of the pioneer reporters of the Philippine Star, the country’s most successful broadsheet today. The youngest-ever to be appointed Director-General (rank of Undersecretary) of the Philippine Information Agency, the only government grassroots information network with 16 regional offices and 78 provincial centers. It is the country’s chief information arm that serves as a PR and advertising firm for specific campaigns of the various government agencies.
