Water treatment or chemical process plant: basic design of water treatment technologies using P & ID, interpretation of process drawings. Optimization of water treatment technologies. Automation of water treatment plants from analog to digital or communication of hardware with software. Maintainance and lifespan of pumps, valves and or pressure valves, motor stirrer. Simulation of a process using software e.g Familier with Comsol Project Management: Setting up objectives, specification, timelines, risks, costs, deliverables, progress reports, minutes, procurement, logistics and to deliver final project to stakeholders that meet their expectations. Safety: Risk assesment for each task performed, awareness, safety tool box, preparation of SOP in line with regulations, retraining of personnel, improving process safety by eliminating the danger or by engineering and administrative approach.
