I am a business continuity specialist at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT consulting firm, with over eight years of experience in the financial and IT sectors. I hold multiple certifications in business continuity management (BCM) and information security, such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, Rplanner, and Contract Financial Management. I have also improved my focus and productivity by completing online courses. In my current role, I work with TCS clients, such as JP Morgan, to investigate and assess potential money laundering risks in the Brazilian and UK markets. I monitor customer account activity, report suspicious transactions, and analyze and resolve transaction monitoring alerts. I also set up and manage securities, such as bonds, equities, money papers, shares, and precious metals, for the capital market functions. I use various third-party information providers and platforms, such as Clearstream, Telekurs, and Bloomberg, to collect and provide data to our clients. My mission is to protect TCS and its clients from operational, financial, and reputational risks by implementing and maintaining the highest standards of BCM and information security.
